Seafood Scotland recently returned to Boston for Seafood Expo North America 2026, reinforcing our commitment to growing Scotland’s presence in the North American market.
As part of our ongoing strategy, SENA provides a vital opportunity for Scottish seafood businesses to meet directly with buyers, build relationships, and showcase the exceptional quality of their products. With thousands of visitors in attendance, the event continues to be a cornerstone for international trade and collaboration.
This year, we were delighted to collaborate with Scotland’s National Chef, Gary Maclean, alongside chefs from the Culinary Institute of New York – Monroe University. Their expertise and creativity highlighted the versatility of Scottish seafood, offering visitors an inspiring taste of what Scotland has to offer.
Across the Scottish pavilion, there was a strong sense of partnership and shared purpose. Supporting businesses, facilitating conversations, and promoting Scotland’s seafood sector made for an energising and productive few days.
