Seafood Scotland was delighted to take part in the Breakfast of Champions at Scotland House this week, with Chief Executive Donna Fordyce and Adam Wing, Head of Trade Marketing – UK, Middle East & Asia, representing the organisation as part of the Commonwealth Games Scotland programme.
Organised by Scotland Food & Drink, the event brought together leading figures from Scotland’s food & drink and sporting communities to celebrate the shared values of ambition, excellence and proudly representing Scotland on the international stage.
Guests enjoyed a showcase of premium Scottish seafood, including smoked & peppered mackerel from Enkiln Smokehouse, hot smoked trout from The Tobermory Fish Company Ltd, and cold smoked salmon from Skipness Smokehouse. The selection proved extremely popular throughout the morning, highlighting the outstanding quality and reputation of Scotland’s seafood sector.
