Responsible Seafood Summit

The Responsible Seafood Summit will come to the UK for the first time in October 2024. Taking place at the Fairmont in St Andrews, it will put the quality and provenance of Scotland’s seafood sector on a world stage.

Up to 500 seafood professionals across the supply chain, including feed manufacturers, retail and foodservice buyers, technology providers and government officials are expected to attend, making the Summit the largest international seafood business conference of its kind.

Co-hosted by Seafood Scotland and managed by the Global Seafood Alliance, the Responsible Seafood Summit provides an opportunity for innovators in the industry to get involved – whatever their role in the seafood sector. The event also includes networking opportunities and field trips to innovative production and processing facilities in Scotland
